SHIPPING POLICY

At Monte, we want you to have the best experience possible. If you have any questions that are still unanswered, or questions and issues about a specific order, do not hesitate to visit our contact page for additional support.

We want you to get your order as quickly as possible. Your order will be shipped within 2 business days (Monday - Friday) from the order placement.

Shipping is absolutely FREE on all orders!

All orders placed from our website are shipped right here from the USA!

Tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order has been shipped. Additionally, the "Track Your Order" page on our website is available for your use.

Yes, Monte does ship internationally.

Please note that international shipping, depending on the destination country, can incur some additional fees. The customer is responsible for these fees, and these will be paid by the end user to the appropriate customs agency.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that orders comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country. Monte does not hold any responsibility for any blocks or fees that may arise.

Note that some international countries may require certain documentation before they are sent. If this is necessary and the information is not provided ahead of time, delays may happen.

Monte is NOT responsible for lost or stolen mail on international orders.

RETURN POLICY

At Monte, we do everything we can to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. On the off chance that there is an issue with your order, please refer to our return policy here. If you have any questions left unanswered, or an issue with a specific return, please do not hesitate to contact us directly for additional support.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must have the original packaging. If a returned item is received by Monte and a product is missing from the package or damaged due to negligent packaging or re-packaging by the customer, we will be unable to issue a refund.

We offer 14 day returns after delivery for full refund (expedited shipping costs are excluded). After 14 days, we cannot no longer issue a refund.

1. Please remember to take several photos of your item to show it was not damaged before being shipped for return, as these may be requested if the item is returned in a damaged condition.

2. If an item was shipped in new condition and it is returned in damaged/broken condition, there will be a 50% restocking fee for the MSRP of the frame. This policy is non negotiable.

3. Please include proof of purchase, online receipt, or order number inside the package.
